Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Webbed website. Project sales are governed by the separate Purchase Agreement, the individual written proposal and invoice.

1. About this website

WebbedWebSales trades as Webbed and provides web-design services primarily to businesses in England. Contact us at Jack.websales@outlook.com or 07762 777440.

2. Information on this site

We aim to keep information, availability and example pricing accurate, but the website is general marketing information only. It is not a binding offer to sell a website. Every project’s pages, features, timing and price are confirmed separately in writing after a preview and discussion.

3. Launch prices and quotes

The stated launch prices of £400 for a new website and £350 for a redesign apply only to suitable straightforward projects and may be negotiated. Extra pages, e-commerce, booking systems, integrations, licences, copywriting, hosting, domains or other additional work may cost extra. Any applicable VAT will be stated on the invoice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated means to extract content, or use the site unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

The Webbed name, logo, website design and content belong to WebbedWebSales or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business purposes, but may not copy, reproduce or use its content without written permission. Ownership of a purchased client website is dealt with in the Purchase Agreement.

6. Links and third parties

External services, including payment providers, are controlled by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by reliance on general website information, website downtime, third-party services or indirect/consequential losses.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms by publishing a new version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
