2. Information collected
We may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, project requirements, correspondence, agreed proposal details, payment/invoice information and website material you provide.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and arrange calls.
- To prepare a proposal, preview, invoice and agreement.
- To provide, hand over and support a website where agreed.
- To keep business, accounting and legal records.
- To protect our business from fraud or misuse and improve the website.
Our usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the business, and legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. We will ask for consent where the law requires it.
4. Who receives information
We use service providers to run the business, including IONOS (website hosting), FormSubmit (enquiry-form delivery), Microsoft Outlook (email) and Stripe (payment processing, once enabled). They receive only the information needed to provide their service. Stripe processes payment-card details directly; Webbed does not receive or store your full card number.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Client project records and invoices are normally kept for at least 6 years where needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes. We delete or securely anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
6. Cookies and website technology
The website currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses essential technical functions and may load fonts from Google. If non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools are added, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law, you may ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or ask us to provide a portable copy.
